Email links open your chosen email application. HDD receives the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and message, to respond to and assess your enquiry. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for representatives of organisations, the legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without the necessary contact details and context. Please do not send sensitive information unrelated to your enquiry.
Authorised personnel and hosting, infrastructure and email service providers may process data within their respective roles. Data may also be disclosed to authorities when required by law. The public website is prepared for Netlify hosting; the chatgpt.site preview uses that platform’s infrastructure. See Netlify’s privacy notice and Data Processing Agreement for provider information. Information about safeguards applicable to transfers outside the European Economic Area, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, can be requested from HDD for the providers actually used.

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional phone number, service selection and message to HDD through Netlify Forms. The information is stored in the site’s restricted Netlify dashboard and sent to HDD by email to manage your enquiry. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Do not include unrelated sensitive information.
If you accept website statistics, Google Analytics 4 processes browsing events and pseudonymous identifiers to measure visits and successful contact enquiries. The legal basis is your consent. Google Ireland Limited provides the service; processing may involve transfers outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Google’s terms. Google processes IP addresses to derive approximate location and does not log or store them in GA4. We do not send the contents of contact forms, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics.
